I build small, useful web software, mostly for teaching, where I know the work from the inside. Interactive lessons, practice tools, lightweight apps that solve a specific classroom problem and don't try to do anything else. AI-assisted development is how I keep the scope small and the turnaround fast: a working version in days, polish in a week. The same approach works for non-educational web work too: landing pages, custom features, anything that needs to ship without ceremony.
